I would like to know if you repair the jump mat when the thread breaks away from the mat. I would like to have it rethreaded so I don't have to buy an entirely new jump mat. Do you do these kind of repairs and if not do you know anybody that does? Thanks, Lina Kempner

Hi Lina - if you mean the material that holds the metal piece that attaches to the spring, we strongly discourage attempting to repair it. Such parts are an indication of wear and are integral to your safety. Certain components must be replaced when they begin to fray, and the joints that connect the springs to the mats are one such component.

Thanks for getting back to me. I will order a new jump mat. I love your product and am very dependent on my daily bounce! It is a great addition to my workout. Lina Kempner
