The biggest and heaviest capacity wagon from the Berlin woodshop
is the Loadmaster F600, at 42 inches by 21½ inches. (inside 18.7" x 39")
Only this model is ready for the very heaviest loads with
a ½ inch thick plywood bed set in grooved hardwood sides.
Kingpin and tie rod steering has correct geometry for tight maneuvers.
The frame is a full length channel steel backbone with
welded steel axle support brackets placed with triangulation for
maximum stiffness. Large 10 inch diameter (10 x 4.10/3.50-4) inch air-filled
tires are fitted to steel wheels with a grease fitting for the
ball bearings.
The track width is 16 3/4" (across tire centers) and the handle is

The Berlin F410 Sport is a 17.5 by 36 (14.25" x 33" inside) wagon rolling on the same big tires as the larger F600,
huge 10 inch by 3.5 (4.10/3.50-4)

Of course it comes
with the automotive type kingpin steering and ball bearings. The most popular
Berlin Flyer has a bolt together
undercarriage that assembles easily. The handle
is 29" long.

To enjoy the benefits of air-filled tires but
with "run flat" technology try model 401.
This wagon has 9 3/4 by 3 inch black rubberized Spherex, Inc. Tread Cap
tires. The wheel has radial ribs inside expanding the load carrying
surface outward and a ½" x 2¼" naturally slippery hard plastic
sleeve bearing.
It glides over pavement down the center or uses the full 2 3/8" wide
tread to cover soft terrain.

and equip it with huge 10" air tires, and the F257 Big Wheel is what you get.

The Berlin Flyer 310 is a favorite sized wagon at 17.5 by 36 inches with
six equal-sized hardwood rails over a varnished wood bed. (14.25" x 33" inside)
Under it is steel bracing and crosswise reinforcements.
This wagon has kingpin steering and
10 inch high hard tires on sleeve bearing steel wheels.
The handle is 29" long.

The Berlin P-Wee Flyer is a compact wagon at 26.5 inches long
by 15.5 wide, with the no-tip kingpin
and tie rod steering to keep the corners supported in turns. It comes
with 7 inch high hard rubber tires on plastic wheels. Inside 12.25" x 23.5".

On top,
the Wee Toddler (pic)
pull toy is still hardwood from the bed to the red rails, at only
22 inches long by 15.5 inches wide. The smallest from Berlin has
fixed plastic 5 inch wheels (no steering) and a pull rope with red grip.
This is a perfect toy for light duty indoor use that can haul a load of Teddy
