The Flying Turtle® is a patented "sit-skate" that zips along
any smooth, hard surface just by swinging the handlebars back and forth.
No batteries or pedals, just kid-powered fun.
Children put their hands and feet on the handlebars which pivot in relation
to the seat and work the handlebars for
propulsion by vectored torque thrust making the
front wheels want to skate forward.
It's low to the ground and has no sharp edges or spokes so the Flying Turtle®
is probably one of the safest ride-ons for ages 3 to 12.
Compare that to a skateboard.
These fun toys are so well liked that amusement parks around the world have
the commercial version and therapeutic enough that there is a variation for
special needs children (see Roller Racer® and Exer-Rider® below).
Flying Turtles® are strong enough to hold up to 150 lbs,
need no maintenance, are warranted for one year and made in the USA.
Technically, Flying Turtles® have sealed bearing skateboard wheels, a molded
poly seat and molded handgrips on chrome plated steel handlebars.
Flying Turtles® weigh in at only 12 lbs. and fit in a box only 20" x 18" x 8".

Kettler's new Sandbox is a generous hexagonal perimeter that is 47.5" on
a side and 11" deep with six sturdy multicolored
(red, blue, green, yellow)
sections that interlock with yellow cylindrical corner connectors.
About three cubic feet of sand (350 lb.) is needed for the hexagonal interior of this portable sandbox.
The sections are lightweight for easy movement (like up to a
34th story balcony) yet have water fill holes to make them heavily anchored.
The construction is weather resistant
and bug-less
plastic resin with rounded edges and it
is bottomless for ventilation and mildew prevention.
Kettler Sandbox includes a nice fitted cover with center peak rod and six circular corner anchors.

Kettler's Deluxe Seesaw is actually more, with a special feature to allow
rotation like a carousel.
The main structure is a steel tube 1.8" in diameter with a red four
layer epoxy
powder coat finish.
Each bright blue molded seat has a steel handle loop in front and a bump stop below.
The base is a red and yellow steel tripod with built-in ground mounts.
Remove one bolt (of 12)
and the whole seesaw can then be free to rotate around.
The weight limit is 150 lb. each end and the overall length is 77" to
the seatbacks.

The Kettler Four Child Multi-Play has a weather resistant
polyester-coated steel tubing construction.
The length is 126", height is 85" and the leg span is 78.5".
The frame supports the
two standard board swings and has a space for one of the optional two person
accessories, below.
Either of the Glider, Gondola or Surfboard are optional accessories sold separately that are designed to attach to this frame.
The swings have adjustable ropes and safety hooks.
Four anchors are included for embedding in concrete bases.
Capacity is 300 lb. frame and 50 lb. for each included injection-molded plastic seat.
The shipping box is 38" long but it travels by FedEx included in your price.

The Kettler Glider is made to fit the Four Child Multi-Play
swing set and add to the enjoyment.
It is a parallelogram style double ended riding swing often called a seesaw.

The structure is steel with yellow powder coating along with blue plastic
seats and end grips. Glider is for use on the Four Child Multi-Play, rated for 75 lb. each side, total 150 lb.

For the younger child, the Kettler Baby Swingseat allows children up to
55 lb. to be constrained and enjoy a safe, comfortable ride on a swingset.
The red plastic bucket seat is attached to four adjustable polypropylene ropes
two of which go through the yellow front guard bolster.
The latch on the sliding front guard is inserted
downward to engage it and a button
at the bottom of the guard releases it upward (using adult dexterity).
There is a safety belt in addition to the locking guard.
Baby Swingseat has strong poly ropes and hooks (rated for 75 lbs.) to attach to a swingset
(sold separately) in place of an existing board swing.

The steel has a bright shiny and durable powder coated finish.
An area measuring 11.5 feet long (A-frame to swing rope)
by 29.5 feet deep
is recommended for safe placement of the Trimmstation.
The depth has room allocated for clearances of the moving
swing and trapeze bar.

Mountain Boy Sledworks in snowy Silverton, CO has come up with a
perfect wintertime vehicle for the hills.
The Royal Flyer is made of tiger maple,
sanded smooth and finished with three coats of marine-grade varnish (click picture to enlarge).
A very flexible front end design allows for sharp cornering performance on the snow from the traditional concave cross section steel runners.
These sleds are hand-made in Colorado in limited quantities and each is signed and numbered.

Mountain Boy Sledworks has introduced an artistic interpretation of the time-tested Norwegian kicksled.
Unlike other snow sleds, you pilot the Silverton Kicksled from behind while
standing: one foot stays on a metal runner as the other foot kicks the sled into action.
A rider is accommodated in the stylish and comfortable reclined deckchair.

The Fun Ride™ Deluxe
flies above the rest of the toys that we enjoy here.
Even our airplane pilot gleefully carves up lengths of atmostphere.
More ambitious initially than most, the rewarding outcome is a
tested and approved play fixture that draws attention and interest.
Fun Ride Deluxe is intended to be used as a cable ride between two
points over reasonalby level unpaved ground.
A strong aircraft grade steel cable is strung up to
seventy feet typically between two stout trees
and a ball- bearing trolley with two handgrips rolls on four pulleys along it.
Step up and hang on from the slightly higher end then
sail through the air until
you come to a stop with your feet on the ground at the other end.
The upper weight limit is 225 lb. with a lower age limit of eight
with adult supervision.
The steel cable has one end wrapped on the
starting side tree (not included!) back to
itself and seized with three cable clamps. The cable's
other end has a wrap
through one end of a turnbuckle over a thimble back to three clamps.
It is likely that you will need to trim it to length unless two
trees or supports are just the right distance apart.
The turnbuckle's other end shackles to a length of loop-end
steel cable around the go-to tree.
The trolley consists of two halves of hard UV-stabilized
red plastic halves held together by
four bolts through the four pulley bearings plus two more smaller bolts.
The handles extending out from each side are reinforced with a
single piece of steel tubing extending across inside both hand grips.
Design plans are provide to make a custom height adjustable platform if
